2. What data we process
- Waitlist form: company name, website (optional), email, country, page language, and the date and version of the privacy policy you accepted. We do not store your IP address with this data.
- Server logs: IP address, date and time, requested page and browser. These are used only for security and troubleshooting, and are deleted automatically after 14 days.
3. Why we use it
We use the form data only to email you about the launch of IllusionAds and anything directly related to it (for example, the opening date or how to publish your first ad). We do not send third-party advertising, build profiles or make automated decisions.
4. Legal basis
- Waitlist: your consent, given by ticking the checkbox (art. 6.1.a GDPR). You can withdraw it at any time.
- Server logs: our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure (art. 6.1.f GDPR).
5. How long we keep it
Until you unsubscribe or, at most, 12 months after the launch. If the project does not launch, the data will be deleted.
6. Who else has access
We do not share your data with anyone. We use the following providers, who act as data processors:

7. Your rights
You can request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction or portability of your data, and withdraw your consent, by writing to [email protected].
Unsubscribing is easy: reply to any of our emails or write to us with the subject “UNSUBSCRIBE” and we will delete your data from the list.
You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) or your local supervisory authority.
8. Security
The site always uses HTTPS encryption. The database is stored outside the server's public folder and only the owner has access.
9. Children
The waitlist is aimed at businesses and professionals. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 14.
10. Changes
If we change this policy, we will publish the new version here with its update date.
